Deborah Somerville
Deborah Somerville is the owner and CEO of Crisilis Development Company. Her experience includes participation in more than $42 million in Ohio and Indiana tax credit developments for newly constructed single family homes, historic renovation, and HOPE VI acquisition and rehabilitation developments. Ms. Somerville also is the lead consultant on several developments.
Ms. Somerville provides leadership in all aspects of the company’s growth and development.
Ms. Somerville is a past director of Ohio’s housing tax credit and multifamily finance programs. She has received national recognition for her leadership and vision in the affordable housing field.
Deborah Somerville led Crisilis Development Company to become a premier Women Business Enterprise (WBE) company and is recognized by the state of Ohio and the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council.
