Crisilis (pronounced chrysalis) works in emerging communities with a need and desire for quality real estate development services. Our name reflects our mission — creating beauty and purpose from within.
We are WBE and DBE certified company.
We focus on land and building acquisition, development and construction management. We have a specialty in creating affordable rental housing . We understand underutilized properties and are expert in converting these buildings from one use to another. Our efforts include both historic and non-historic renovations, single and multi family housing developments, new construction and rehabilitation., and adaptive re-use of structures.
Our business development division focuses on creating and nurturing small business development.
Our target markets include Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Kentucky.
Crisilis is a certified Women Business Enterprise (WBE) company.
